We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to own and grow our email and SMS programs for AcmeTools.com. This role is responsible for driving digital brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales through creative, data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate combines creative execution with analytical insight and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

What You’ll Take Ownership Of:
The Email Specialist is responsible for building digital brand awareness and driving sales for the AcmeTools.com email platform by:
- Supporting email & SMS channel strategy for AcmeTools.com
- Creating, executing, and supporting the look and feel of email and SMS media across all devices
- Closely monitoring email & SMS reporting features such as read rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, A/B testing, and similar metrics to monitor effectiveness of campaigns and brainstorm solutions for increased performance
- Working with the eCommerce team to strategize new ways to build and retain email & SMS subscriber lists through website, digital media, and in-store campaigns
- Maintaining deadlines to ensure that all stakeholders have sufficient time to review campaigns
- Keeping up with the latest developments in email and SMS marketing to make sure that our campaigns are engaging, compliant, and successful
- Maintaining design documentation, style guides, and specifications
Need-To-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Marketing or related field OR equivalent working experience
- Knowledge and experience designing across multiple digital media and platforms, preferably email & SMS channels
- Understanding of branding, style guidelines and following style restrictions; clean design sense
- Strong Technology & Adobe Creative Suite experience, including UX design skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to not only use metrics to spot successes/improvements, but strategize how to capitalize on them
- Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and take initiative
- Excellent communication, planning, time management, and follow-through skills
- Natural visual thinker ready to grow and take direction from creative leadership
Love-To-Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience in modern eCommerce digital marketing experience, especially related to email & SMS campaigns
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
