Requirements: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; strong computer skills; ability to lift 70 lbs; Previous mechanical repair experience
Skills and Experience Preferred: Customer Service Skills
Duties and Responsibilities: Travel to customer worksites to conduct regular maintenance and minor repair on rental equipment such as changing fluids, replacing filters, ignition replacements, changing hydraulic lines, replacing starters and alternators on equipment including skidsteers, mini excavators, light towers, generators, forklifts, and boom lifts. Keep accurate records of service for each piece of equipment. Schedule ongoing maintenance to keep equipment in good working condition. Communicate well with customer onsite and be available for customer calls to troubleshoot equipment. Work and communicate well with Service and Parts Departments. Order Parts. Keep an accurate inventory in the Service Truck.
This position will perform related tasks as assigned.
