Job Title: Service Coordinator

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Stage equipment for service technicians throughout the day to improve efficiency.
  • Load and unload customer equipment during pickups and drop-offs.
  • Prepare the triage process for both morning and afternoon.
  • Check in equipment and tag with ribbon.
  • Assist in evaluating off-rent rental equipment.
  • Thoroughly clean equipment before it enters or leaves the service department (based on shop needs).
  • Sharpen blades and fix tires as needed.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean work area, including collecting and disposing of trash.
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain all tools and equipment used.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions, and use equipment properly.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, promoting and ensuring quality standards.
  • Report hazards or faulty equipment to Service Management.
  • Collaborate with the service department and other departments to foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Respond promptly to team members’ needs to support service department profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet with Service Management regularly to discuss priorities, changes, and areas for improvement.
  • Perform minor repairs or services needs to optimize technicians' time.
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit and upholding company values.
  • Take on related responsibilities and tasks as directed.
