Job Title: Service Coordinator
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Stage equipment for service technicians throughout the day to improve efficiency.
- Load and unload customer equipment during pickups and drop-offs.
- Prepare the triage process for both morning and afternoon.
- Check in equipment and tag with ribbon.
- Assist in evaluating off-rent rental equipment.
- Thoroughly clean equipment before it enters or leaves the service department (based on shop needs).
- Sharpen blades and fix tires as needed.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area, including collecting and disposing of trash.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain all tools and equipment used.
- Follow all safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions, and use equipment properly.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, promoting and ensuring quality standards.
- Report hazards or faulty equipment to Service Management.
- Collaborate with the service department and other departments to foster a team-oriented environment.
- Respond promptly to team members’ needs to support service department profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Meet with Service Management regularly to discuss priorities, changes, and areas for improvement.
- Perform minor repairs or services needs to optimize technicians' time.
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit and upholding company values.
- Take on related responsibilities and tasks as directed.
