Job Title: DC Liaison
Location: Distribution Center
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Administrative support for the Distribution Center
- Coordinating with other Acme departments and/or locations to resolve customer issues and/or answer questions about products
- Being the main point of contact for customer service and retail stores via phone, e-mail, Teams etc.
- Assist with batch upkeep/cleaning and locating items not processed in batches
- Working alongside leadership in maintaining spreadsheets and data for products to ensure orders, PO’s and other operations are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
- Assist with picking/processing orders and transfers to be picked up by stores/customers.
You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- To be skilled in problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Willing and able to work on powered equipment (forklifts, etc.)
We’d Love if You have:
- Previous forklift experience
- Customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk for up to 10 hours
- Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Continuously climb and descend stairs safely
