Summary:

The Reimbursement Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the financial health of the organization by analyzing reimbursement trends and performance within value-based care programs. This position focuses on evaluating payer contracts, identifying revenue opportunities, and monitoring key metrics tied to quality, cost, and patient outcomes. The analyst collaborates closely with clinical, operational, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, optimize reimbursement, and support strategic decision-making in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Analyzes value-based care performance data and financial impact

  • Monitors payer contract compliance and incentive structures

  • Identifies trends in reimbursement and recommending improvements

  • Supports provider education and documentation optimization

  • Collaborates on initiatives to enhance care quality and cost efficiency

  • Provides feedback and input into value based agreement contracting based on industry standards and trends

  • Provides support to review underpayments as necessary

  • Provides support to director during contract negotiations

  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

• Required: Bachelors - Related Field

• Required: A minimum of 2 years Related Experience
