Summary:

The Generosity Coordinator supports the foundation leadership team, manages the foundation office, performs numerous administrative tasks, and manages various operational projects to advance the foundation’s goals and performance. The Generosity Coordinator manages a wide range of activities, requiring the ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the foundation operates effectively, efficiently, and professionally. Entrusted with highly confidential and sensitive information, this position must be able to exercise consistent and clear judgement.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages foundation office and serves as an expert in foundation administration, operations, and data tracking, improving systems and procedures, as necessary.

  • Coordinates processes and activities associated with Altru Foundation Board of Directors, including creating agendas, preparing documentations, taking minutes, and other tasks.

  • Oversees schedules, manages calendars, and coordinates logistics for leadership to advance foundation priorities.

  • Manages donor and partner engagement plans and coordinates meaningful and purposeful touchpoints and correspondence alongside foundation team.

  • Serves as a liaison to foundation leadership for Board of Directors, organizational staff, and community leaders, donors, and partners and assists with daily correspondence, documentation, and other activities, as needed.

  • Collaborates and leads operational projects alongside foundation team members to advance various tracks of philanthropy or partnership.

  • Assists with the execution of foundation events and gatherings.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Certifications

  • Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record | Driver's License - Current State Licensed | Prior to Start Date | HR Primary Sources


Notes:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.

  • Proficiency with Canva or Bloomerang preferred.

  • Experience in nonprofit or healthcare sector and donor relations preferred.

Education:

• Required: Bachelors - Related Field

Work Experience:

• Required: A minimum of 1 year Related Experience
