Summary:
The Senior Planning Analyst supports leadership in strategic decisions and goal setting by delivering actionable insights derived from various data sources. This position analyzes trends in market data, forecasts demand and identifies competitive opportunities and risks across the healthcare landscape. They lead market research efforts and help support annual goal development and accountability plans as well as project management aligned to growth initiatives. The analyst will work with leaders across the organization to inform growth planning and service line development, as well as supporting the ongoing adherence to Altru’s long range strategic plan.Essential Job Functions:
Collects and analyzes market data as well as internal data to inform leadership on key trends and metrics. Serves as the point of contact for leaders for market insight needs.
Coordinates market data compilation and reporting. Develops regular reports to share with leadership, tracking key internal metrics, projections and competitive information.
Assists in setting and tracking annual organizational goals. Tracks relevant statistics to determine progress against goals and provides regular updates to leaders.
Develops regular industry reports, highlighting local, regional and national trends, competitive activity and potential external impacts on the organization.
Leads in project management efforts for growth initiatives aligned to Altru’s long-range strategic plan.
Leads market research efforts and marketing analytics tracking, in partnership with marketing communications leaderships.
Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
