Summary:

This role will oversee the Biomedical Engineering Maintenance CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) activities, where Biomed CMMS database has been deployed and manage performance metrics in accordance with account KPI's (Key Performance Indicators). This position will be responsible for planning and scheduling technicians / engineers work flow, CMMS technology, data integrity, and the applications support, evaluation, and training.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for providing training of all aspects of Biomed CMMS system, either online or in-person at the account level.

  • Works closely with Sodexo CTM (Clinical Technology Management) – Quality & Compliance Team to coordinate software maintenance, upgrades, process changes, best practices, and other special projects as required.

  • Creates processes and procedures to ensure data integrity within the Biomed CMMS database.

  • Helps account manage performance metrics in work order compliance, such as scheduling, response time, completion time, overall completion in accordance with account and/or internal metrics. Reports to management as appropriate to agreed reporting requirements.

  • Works closely with management to help ensure a consistent, effective approach is in place to be effective and meet our account KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).

Certification:

  • Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record | Driver's License - Current State Licensed | Prior to Start Date | HR Primary Sources

Education:

• Required: Associates - Related Field

• Preferred: Associates - Biomedical Engineering- OR -Associates - Computer and Information Science- OR -Associates - Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering
