As the Corporate Dining Services Director at Edgewood, you’ll oversee the strategic direction of our dining services across the company. This is a primarily remote position open to those residing in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Montana, Wyoming, or Idaho.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement company-wide dining strategies that align with resident satisfaction, wellness, and operational goals
- Oversee menu development
- Lead, mentor, and support regional and community-level dining directors
- Ensure consistency in food quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across all locations
- Manage food service budgets, vendor contracts, and cost controls to ensure financial sustainability
- Regularly travel to communities and meetings
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian, preferred
- Minimum Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR)
- Previous multi-facility management experience
- Minimum 5 years of dining services management experience
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
- Passion and drive for helping others
