As a Regional Controller at Edgewood, you’ll support a wide range of financial functions for the health services division, including budgeting, reporting, payroll, and revenue analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for financial accuracy and process improvement. This is a primarily remote position open to those residing in North Dakota or Minnesota.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update fee schedules, including Medicare rates
- Review and analyze aging reports and balance sheet accounts
- Review contracted labor agreements for financial compliance
- Manage the collections process and collaborate with internal teams to improve cash flow
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
