Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) Supervisor to work at our Grand Forks office.   The CSR Supervisor is responsible for daily oversight, development, and performance of the team. A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality leadership and customer service.

 

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for initial and ongoing training, development, and coaching of the Customer Service team
  • Create a high-performance environment by individually coaching each team member to develop skills and abilities aimed at achieving personal and team goals
  • Enforce accuracy standards for all transactions to ensure customer confidence, creditability, and quality experience
  • Proactively reach out to customers in-person and by phone to reinforce and deepen relationships
  • Maintain a high degree of knowledge of banking products and services
  • Consistently make customer introductions to banking partners to grow relationships

 

Desired Skills:

  • Two years of successful teller experience required
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to accept and provide strong coaching and feedback
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computers
