Red River High School is seeking a dedicated and positive Head Boys Soccer Coach to lead and grow our program. The head coach will be responsible for developing student-athletes both on and off the field by promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, accountability, and skill development.
Position Information
- Season Start Date: August 3, 2026
- Season Length: 11 weeks
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead practices, games, and team activities
- Foster a positive and competitive team culture
- Support the academic and personal growth of student-athletes
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and administration
- Ensure compliance with school and team expectations
- Coordinate offseason development and program growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes
