Job Description Summary
Perform a variety of tasks in the closing process of the bladeJob Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform closing tasks following work instructions
Wear all personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety instructions regarding chemical usage
Remove infusion bag from shells using crane
Prepare shells for closure – vacuum all debris in shells, side grind flange area, apply brackets, mark up all areas
When shells are repaired and prepped, apply glue to flanges and web
For demoulding of the blade, remove root plate and install demould ring on root along with arial lift to remove blade from mould using cranes.
Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.
Ability to push/pull heavy objects.
Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
Ability to work with hands for an extended period.
Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Requires wearing of respirator.
Desired Characteristics
High School Diploma/GED or related experience
Previous Manufacturing experience
Position Shift: Mon-Fri. 6am-2:30pm
