Roles and Responsibilities
Perform mold surface and root plate maintenance duties.
Perform PMM on all mold/web mold equipment
Fabricate tooling/equipment
Assist in the installation and training of fabricated tooling/equipment.
Assist in the relocation of existing molds
Assist with creating necessary documents for all equipment introductions
Assist Engineering/CI/Maintenance teams on project related tooling/equipment
Assist GIL’s and/or Industrialization teams on technology implementation and/or new mold installations
Cleaning of plant equipment using dry ice blasting system and/or other cleaning methods
Create and maintain silicone used for web molding
Required Qualifications
Certifications in Laminate Repair, Gelcoat Repair, Crane, aerial Lift, and PIT Certifications.
· Must wear the appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety instructions and dispose of chemicals appropriately.
Maintenance and/or fabrication knowledge.
Must be able to use hand tools, power tools, welders, torches, etc.
Must be able to read/decipher blueprints/drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Desired Characteristics
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Composites, Commercial construction, or auto-body preferred.
Position Shift: Sat-Mon 5:00am-5:30pm
