Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to work on brainstorming practical engineering solutions, creating detailed drawings, and developing clear fabrication, installation, and operations instructions. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented engineer who can turn ideas into manufacturable and installable designs while supporting efficient execution in the field.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Brainstorm, evaluate, and develop mechanical design solutions
Create and revise mechanical drawings, layouts, and design documentation
Translate concepts into practical, fabrication-ready designs
Develop detailed fabrication instructions for manufacturing teams
Prepare installation instructions to support field execution
Create operations instructions for end users and maintenance personnel
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical, safety, quality, and operational requirements
Review designs for manufacturability, reliability, and ease of installation
Support troubleshooting and design improvements during fabrication and installation phases
Maintain accurate engineering records, revisions, and documentation
Required Qualifications:
Working on Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in mechanical design and drafting
Proficiency with CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar)
Ability to develop technical drawings and detailed engineering documentation
Strong understanding of fabrication and installation processes
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience creating work instructions, SOPs, or technical manuals
Familiarity with manufacturing, assembly, and field installation practices
Knowledge of applicable engineering codes, standards, and safety requirements
Experience supporting projects from concept through implementation

The pay range for this position is $1,000-$2,000 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
This is a temporary position from April 20, 2026-Aug 31, 2026. Can be flexible on time.
