Job Description Summary
Perform a variety of tasks in the moulding process of the blade.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform moulding tasks following work instructions
Apply gel coat, lay glass and foam, smooth wrinkles and trim glass
Assemble root plate with bushings
Lay profiles and place bag over shell
Complete the infusion process – vacuum check, begin infusion, trouble shoot and take temperatures for remainder of process
Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines
Maintain 5s standards
Required Qualifications
Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.
Ability to push/pull heavy objects.
Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
Ability to work with hands for an extended period.
Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
Requires usage of respirator.
Desired Characteristics
High School Diploma/GED or related experience
Previous Manufacturing experience
Position Shift: 6am-2:30pm
