These positions are responsible for the overall successful completion of the complete project. Journeyman, Apprentices, and pre-apprentices report to this position. This position requires a complete knowledge of the project requirements including scheduling, knowledge of plan and specifications, and the ability to work with the owner, other trades, and local building officials.
