Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our sales operations and customer engagement efforts. This role is essential to maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, ensuring smooth sales processes, and supporting the broader sales team with administrative and follow-up tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls, including targeted campaigns (e.g., EDA, PWX).
  • Perform 30-day courtesy follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
  • Enter and maintain customer and sales data in Pipedrive CRM, including:
  • Organization details
  • Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) records
  • Bill of Lading (BOL) information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and share relevant documentation (e.g., invoices, warranty info).
  • Support the onboarding of new sales team members by sending company information and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the warranty team to ensure accurate and timely customer support.
  • Assist with general sales administration and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Pipedrive experience is a plus).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in the heavy equipment or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with logistics documentation (e.g., BOL, PDI).
  • Knowledge of warranty processes and customer service best practices.
