This role is critical to ensuring our equipment reaches customers safely, on time, and with the quality ODRA is known for.
About ODRA
ODRA is a North American manufacturer of premium road maintenance equipment, designing and building reliable, operator‑friendly mechanical street sweepers used across Canada, the U.S., and beyond. We're proud of our reputation for quality, teamwork, and providing a workplace people enjoy coming to every day.
The Role
We're looking for a

- Safely operate CDL‑licensed trucks to transport ODRA sweepers, parts, and materials between Canada and the U.S.
- Complete cross‑border pickups and deliveries in accordance with scheduled routes
- Prepare, review, and maintain required customs and border documentation
- Ensure loads are properly secured and compliant with all transport regulations
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to meet delivery timelines
- Represent ODRA professionally with customers, border officials, and partners
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned vehicles and equipment
What You Bring
- Valid CDL / Class 1 (or U.S. Class A equivalent) license
- Eligibility to legally cross the Canada–U.S. border (valid passport and admissibility)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Prior cross‑border driving experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of customs paperwork and border compliance requirements is an asset
- Strong safety awareness and load securement experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to loading and securing equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Why ODRA Stands Out
- Well‑maintained, clean vehicles and equipment
- Supportive, hands‑on leadership that values drivers' input
- Predictable scheduling with advance planning for cross‑border trips
- A growing, stable company with long‑term opportunities
- A professional, respectful culture where drivers are treated as key team members
