About The Role
This position supports both sales coordination and day-to-day administrative operations for our Grand Forks location.
You'll play a key role in keeping sales activities organized, ensuring accurate data and reporting, and providing reliable administrative support to leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and enjoys being a central support resource across teams.
What You'll Be Doing
Sales Coordination and Support
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM data (Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.), including entry, updates, and cleanup
- Track sales activity, leads, and follow-ups to help keep the team on schedule
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for management and the sales team
- Maintain call logs, customer records, and supporting documentation
- Support onboarding of new sales team members (systems setup and process guidance)
- Assist with implementing new sales tools, workflows, and reporting processes
- Coordinate communication between sales, parts, and operations teams
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Grand Forks location
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
- Support expense tracking, basic invoicing coordination, and internal approvals
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Act as a point of contact for internal administrative requests
- Support local leadership with general office coordination and ad hoc tasks
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM systems and basic reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or Administration is an asset
