Schedule: Rotating A/B Schedule: (3) days one week and (4) days the next, 12 hour shift, 7:00pm to 7:30am
Work Location: 1801 N 36th St, Grand Forks, ND

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $26.70 per hour.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Verifies and audits all required production paperwork.
2. Completes and verifies pre-op checklist of packaging equipment.
3. Inputs and/or changes parameters for pouch weights in Cloud pouching machine through panelview.
4. Loads / feeds foil into Cloud pouching machine.
5. Sets print on foil pouches.
6. Splices pouches.
7. Adjusts sizing of pouch conveyor trays.
8. Operates pasta fill station.
9. Performs and documents metal detection tests at pasta feeding point.
10. Performs and documents metal detection tests at pouching equipment.
11. Adjusts carton magazine as required.
12. Changes fill cups as required.
13. Changes carton cups as required.
14. Ensures proper level and temperature of glue pot.
15. Cleans glue nozzles.
16. Cleans and changes printer heads when required.
17. Sets up finish carton check weigher.
18. Sets proper date coding on PMI carton machine.
19. Sets proper date coding on cases.
20. Operates Lantech palletizing machine.
21. Operates Lantech stretch wrapping machine.
22. Cleans and sanitizes carton equipment.
23. Keeps the line running by resolving mechanical errors to minimize downtime.
24. Keeps production rates at standard or above to ensure product availability to the customer.
25. Performs machine changeovers as required by production scheduling.
26. Performs routine operator preventative maintenance.
27. Regulates production by setting and adjusting controls as required.
28. Maintains specifications by observing operations; troubleshooting and detecting malfunctions; inspecting finished product; and adjusting controls.
Language Skills Ability to read, write and interpret documents. Ability to communicate read and write in English.
