Position Summary:
Maintaining, growing, and initiating business relationships with end user customers, contractors, and architectural & engineering firms, through personal visits, telephone conversations, and other forms of media.
Core Roles:
- Provide positive customer service-oriented attitude
- Handle parts request on products for customers
- Conduct Sales and Maintain Relationships with customers
- Provide Proposals and following up with customers
Essential Job Functions:
- Assess customers’ needs and propose solutions.
- Collect and communicate information necessary for quoting and drawings.
- Review Purchase contracts.
- Follow-up with customers and potential customers.
- Submit all information in a timely and accurate matter.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- General knowledge of computer operations, software, and ability to learn new systems
- Knowledge of construction industry
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills & attention to details
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Management or Equivalent work experience
