Position Summary:

Maintaining, growing, and initiating business relationships with end user customers, contractors, and architectural & engineering firms, through personal visits, telephone conversations, and other forms of media.

Core Roles:

  • Provide positive customer service-oriented attitude
  • Handle parts request on products for customers
  • Conduct Sales and Maintain Relationships with customers
  • Provide Proposals and following up with customers

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assess customers’ needs and propose solutions.
  • Collect and communicate information necessary for quoting and drawings.
  • Review Purchase contracts.
  • Follow-up with customers and potential customers.
  • Submit all information in a timely and accurate matter.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • General knowledge of computer operations, software, and ability to learn new systems
  • Knowledge of construction industry
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to details

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Management or Equivalent work experience
