Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
The Wednesday Truck Person will assist the Concession Manager and Concession Assistant Manager with unloading the trucks on Wednesdays and distributing the product to the correct stands.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Unloads product from trucks and organizes the items according to direction from the Concession Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Distribute product to the correct concession stand and put it away in the correct location within the stand.
  • Fill in where needed.
  • Help with prep work if needed.
  • Clean the stands as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. - (Essential)

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other food guidelines.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and quickly.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team.
  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Open availability on Wednesdays
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays as requested.
