Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

Developing literature reviews and working with larger teams in manuscript preparation
Leveraging Python and other computational/software-specific protocols assisting the research team achieving their scope of work subtasks in a timely and exceedingly professional manner.

Required Competencies

Computational abilities leveraging Python libraries

Minimum Requirements

Current UND PhD student
Image/video editing/map-generating visualization experience
Experience publishing academic articles (evidence of academic article in print with DOI).
Experience with ArcGIS Pro
Evidence of having conducted geospatially-focused remote-region fieldwork leveraging remote sensing.
Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
