Salary/Position Classification

  • $994.44 (Master Level) $1,194.44 (Doc Level) monthly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
  • 10 hours per week
  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No
  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and documentation of CEHD faculty evaluation processes, including annual review workflows and related procedures.
  • Assist CEHD leadership with integration planning and implementation support for Faculty Success within existing college processes.
  • Coordinate with the CEHD Dean’s Office, UND University Analytics & Planning, and the Provost’s Office to identify workflow integration solutions and best practices.
  • Provide direct support to faculty in entering and updating information in Faculty Success for annual evaluation reporting.
  • Assist faculty with dossier organization and development in OneDrive, including file organization, version control, and documentation support.
  • Help develop guides, templates, checklists, and training materials to support faculty adoption of Faculty Success and dossier workflows.
  • Provide troubleshooting and general support for faculty questions related to Faculty Success data entry and dossier management.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with faculty and staff.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current enrollment as a doctoral student at UND.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially OneDrive, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with faculty evaluation processes (annual review, promotion/tenure documentation, or academic reporting).
  • Strong computer skills, including comfort working with online systems and databases.
  • Familiarity with Faculty Success or similar faculty activity reporting systems.
  • Experience working with faculty documents, CVs, dossiers, or evaluation materials.
  • Experience supporting process development or workflow documentation.
