- $1444.45 monthly

- This position will work onsite the Grand Forks, ND campus.
Purpose of Position
The Middleton School of Entrepreneurship & Management is seeking a part-time Instructor to teach the Introduction to Business course for Fall 2026. The course is an essential studies business course and is the first step in a well-planned learning agenda that prepares students to become contributing citizens capable of making astute personal economic decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach one section of the BADM 101 course for one semester
Required Competencies
- The ability to teach, inspire, and engage a diverse student population.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and students and external groups
- Competence in using technology and ability to adopt new tools for both on-campus and online course delivery.
- Collect and share data needed to support program assessment
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in business or related field (e.g. accounting, economics, or similar).
- Ability to gain faculty qualification status to teach course based on AACSB standards
- Experience providing training/instruction in higher education or a professional setting
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching experience in the field of business
- Terminal degree in business or closely related field.
- Experience working with students in a higher education context
