Salary/Position Classification
- 15.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 10-20 hours per week

Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares fruit and vegetables
- Follows and prepares recipes such as sandwiches, salads and more.
- Collaborates with full-time staff to fulfill the needs of Dining Services
- Follows Best Food Practices Safety Policies
- Correctly uses and maintains all equipment provided to complete tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Prepares and cuts meats
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to stand for 3–4 hours
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle and prepare meat products in a commercial kitchen
- Compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements including taking out jewelry and wearing a hairnet.
- Must be able to work with pork
