Salary/Position Classification
- $50 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- This position will work onsite the Grand Forks, ND campus.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach content introduction to occupational therapy to undergraduate students
- Assist in content, assessment, and scheduling for introduction to occupational therapy
- Motivate, support, and empower students to expand their confidence in this subject area by assisting them in learning the content and deciphering their interest in the field of occupational therapy
- Meet with students individually and in small groups to reinforce and assist students with understanding course content
- Assist in tracking student success and other duties as assigned
- Grade assessment strategies assigned in the course
- Maintain student confidentiality at all times
- Assist with preparation and disassembly of the classroom
- Lead in-person instruction for introduction to occupational therapy

Minimum Requirements
- Earned master’s degree.
- Licensed or eligible for license in ND as an Occupational Therapist
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- Past didactic or fieldwork teaching experience in occupational therapy.
