Salary/Position Classification

Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The intern will collaborate with the Experiential Learning team, campus partners, and employers to enhance program offerings and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants. The Experiential Learning Intern will play a key role in supporting the Shadow & Soar job shadowing program, as well as assisting with the development and expansion of new internship and co-op initiatives at the University of North Dakota.

Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree at UND. Students must be registered students at UND.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Experience: Previous internship or work experience in event planning, marketing, or program coordination is a plus; experience working with diverse groups of people in a professional or campus setting is preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable; strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; interest in career development, experiential learning, or higher education; comfortable communicating via email, phone, and in person; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
