- $7,500 contract, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Purpose of Position
The purpose of this position is to provide effective teaching in the area of Oil & Gas Law at the University of North Dakota School of Law.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Effective teaching in the area of Oil & Gas Law.
Required Competencies
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff colleagues
- Eagerness to work closely with law students
- Ability to teach in the curricular area of interest
- Ability to work and collaborate in a diverse, multicultural, and inclusive setting
Minimum Requirements
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed member in good standing of the bar in any U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction
- 5 years of relevant legal work experience in Oil & Gas Law
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
