Salary/Position Classification

  • $15.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
  • 6-15 hours per week
  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No
  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a customer service representative to anyone needing assistance with direction
  • Monitor all parking lots and issue citations or warnings to vehicles in violation
  • Work closely with Parking Services staff and University Police Officers

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Dependable
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in customer service
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
  • Must have availability based on open shifts below:
    • Mon.–Fri. 3:30am–6am (whatever day works best for applicant)
    • Mon. - Thurs. 5pm–8pm
    • Mon. - Thurs. 9pm–12am
    • Fri 7pm – 10pm
    • Sat, Sun 10am – 1pm
    • Sat, Sun 6pm – 9pm
    • Weekdays 8am-4pm
