Salary/Position Classification

  • $1,500 monthly
  • 6-8 hours per week
  • This position will work onsite the Grand Forks, ND campus.

Purpose of Position

The Department of Psychology at the University of North Dakota (UND) seeks a part-time instructor to provide direct in-person supervision of graduate student clinicians in the Clinical Psychology PhD training clinic (Northern Prairie Community Clinic).

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise graduate student clinicians in the Clinical Psychology PhD training clinic. Psych 580: Clinical Practice

Required Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills, including evidence of the ability to teach, inspire, and mentor students.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
  • Ability to work with and engage diverse students and colleagues.

Minimum Requirements

  • PhD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited training program.
  • Must be a licensed psychologist in North Dakota.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising graduate student clinicians in a training clinic setting.
